Often make the sign of the cross.

 

We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you. Because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed the world.

 

In the second century Tertulian wrote : “When you rise or go to rest, when you dress or go to sit at table, whatever work you may start, sign yourself with the sign of the Holy Cross”.

 

The Sign of the Cross shows that we are Christians; it is the compendium of the most important mysteries of our Holy Faith, it is a short but powerful prayer!
