Prayer To Michael, The Archangel

Merciful God, send to us Michael, the prince of the heavenly host, to deliver us from the power of our enemies and conduct us unscathed into your presence, our Lord and God. We know how high in your favor he has been exalted. May he ever be at hand to help us with his intercession, so that we may be alive with every virtue and have our names, with the record of our penitence, inscribed in the book of everlasting life. O Michael, heavenly spirit, we fly with confidence to the shelter of your wings. Watch over and protect us as long as we live, and at the hour of our death come to our rescue, O friend of all humankind.
