Prayer To Our Lady, Queen Of Peace

Most loving Mother, you who by your motherhood earned a share in your divine Son's kingship, we, your devoted children, are comforted by the thought that our Redeemer was proclaimed by the prophets and by the angels at Bethlehem as the King of Peace. Thus, it must be pleasing and acceptable to you to hear yourself greeted as the Queen of Peace, a title that comes from the very depths of our being. 

May your powerful intercession keep your people from hatred and discord, and turn their hearts into the ways of peace and brotherhood, which Jesus came to teach and establish for the prosperity and safety of all. Glorious queen, be pleased to crown with success the fatherly care with which the supreme pontiff, vicar on earth of your divine Son, strives to bring nations together and keep them united around the one and only center, the living Father. Enlighten us and our leaders so that we may not thwart his saving purposes. Revive and maintain harmony in our families, peace in our hearts, and charity through-out the world.
